- Always update QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application only through App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Ensure to log out from QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application after the transaction is complete
- Change your password and PIN periodically and never share them to others.
- Avoid clicking suspicious links (for example: APK files) or any other requests from unknown or irresponsible parties
- Avoid using public Wi-Fi when performing transaction
