New Provisions on Existing Q Personal Loan Account

Thank you for your trust to PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk as your banking partner.
We would like to inform that according to the provisions for Q Personal Loan accounts, customers who have excess balance and/or zero loan transactions with excess balance due to overpayments, will be charged a monthly administration fee of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah).
The administration fee will apply if the excess balance due to the overpayment is not transferred out until 30 (thirty) working days after this notification is delivered.
