- How to perform Self-Registration
- Click Register button on the Login Page
- Input the information needed
- Receive and input QPIN
- Receive an activation link through the customer’s email (valid for 24 hours)
- Click on the activation link
- Agree to Terms & Conditions
- Create User ID, Password and Confirm Password
- Create 3 (three) security questions and answers
- Receive and input QPIN
- QNB Online Banking Registration has been successful and the service can be used
- How to register at QNB Indonesia Customer Contact Center:
- Call QNB Indonesia Contact Center at (+62 21) 300 55 300
- Contact Center Agent will verify your email and mobile phone number registered in the Bank system
- An activation link will be sent to customer’s registered email
- Click on the activation link to be redirected to QNB Online Banking website, and follow the steps to complete registration
- Customer create User ID and Password in accordance with the provisions
- The provisions in creating User ID are as follows:
- User ID consists of 10 characters
- User ID must not contain special characters
- User ID can consist of numbers, letters or a combination of numbers and letters.
- The provisions in creating a password are as follows:
- Password consists of 10-16 characters
- Password must consists of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters
- Password must not be the same as the User ID
- Password is not the same as the previous password
- The provisions in creating User ID are as follows:
- Customer selects and answer 3 out of 5 security questions
- Input Qpin
- Success
- How to register at QNB Indonesia Branch:
- Visit Customer Service at the nearest QNB Indonesia branch
- Fill in registration form and provide supporting documents
- Update data, if needed
- An activation link will be sent to the registered customer email
- Click on the activation link and it will be redirected to QNB Online Banking website, simply follow the steps to complete the registration
- Individual Customers create a User ID and Password in accordance with the provisions
- The provisions in creating a User ID are as follows:
- User ID consists of 10 characters
- User ID must not contain special characters
- User ID can consist of numbers, letters or a combination of numbers and letters.
- The provisions in creating a password are as follows:
- Password consists of 10-16 characters

How to access
- Go to QNB Online Banking website at https://ib.qnb.co.id
- Click Language Drop List (upper right hand corner) to change the preferred language
- Input User ID, Password and Captcha
- To start, click the Login button to begin your transactions
- To finish, click the Logout button
How to reactivate
- Login to QNB Online Banking website at https://ib.qnb.co.id
- Input identity number and birth of date registered in the Bank system
- An activation link to reset password will be sent to customer’s registered email
- Click link has been sent by QNBONlinebanking@qnb.co.id
- Create & confirmation for a new password
- Input security question to verification process
- Input Qpin
- Success
How to open Time Deposit
- Login to QNB Online Banking website (https://ib.qnb.co.id)
- Choose Time Deposit Opening in the menu
- Perform data fulfilment as requested for time deposit opening and input QPIN for validation
- New Time Deposit account number will be created by system and E-Advis will be sent through email to registered customers email in the system. E-Advis is a details report of Time Deposit made by Customer.
- Time Deposit account opening summary page will be displayed on customer’s QNB Online Banking screen
