Customer Criteria:

Minimum fund placement Premium Savings Account IDR 100 million and valid for customer with minimum 1 year of being QNB First customer.

To complement your travel convenience, QNB First presents new services Premium Airport Special Service (PASS) and Concordia Airport Lounge up to 2 times a year. This services only for our loyal QNB First customers and valid in selected airport.

Premium Airport Special Services will provide services as follow:

• An officer that will greet you at the airport
• Flight check- in assistance
• Baggage handling and escorting
• Concordia airport lounge services

You can enjoy the benefit at selected airport as follow:

• Ahmad Yani International Airport (domestic terminal) – Semarang
• Juanda  International Airport (domestic terminal) – Surabaya
• I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (domestic terminal) – Bali

The eligible criteria to QNB First customer who can enjoy the benefit of the Premium Airport Special Service (PASS) is having an average of total portfolio of IDR 1 billion (including wealth management and Premium Savings Account product).

To get PASS services, customer should make a reservation in 3 working days prior to their travel schedule through QNB Indonesia Contact Center or your Relationship Manager.
