EGMS Approved Increased Capital Through PMHMETD VII
16 February 2023 – The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") approved the increase in issued and paid-up capital by granting Preemptive Rights VII (PMHMETD VII) a maximum of 14,721,515,640 with nominal value of IDR250 per share.
In addition, the EGMS also approved the changes of the Company’s Articles of Association in connection to the implementation of PMHMETD VII.
All of the funds that will be obtained through the implementation of PMHMETD VII after deducting emission costs will be used for working capital in the context of business development in the form of credit expansion.
