Referring to Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 35 / POJK.04 / 2014 dated December 8, 2014 on Corporate Secretary of the Issuer or Public Company, the Bank hearby announce that Ms. Indah Mathilda as Head of Corporate Secretary of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
Indah Mathilda is an Indonesian citizen. She was appointed as Head of Corporate Secretary based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Appointed as the Head of Corporate Secretary since May 11, 2018 in accordance to BoD Decree No. 005/SK-HMSDHRBP/V/2018 dated May 11, 2018. She obtained a Diploma from LPK Tarakanita, Indonesia, in 1997. She has 18 years of banking experience with various positions including Head of Banking Marcom Citi Indonesia, Head of Marketing for Private Banking, Commercial and Branding PT Bank ANZ Indonesia and Head of Segment for Retail Banking PT Bank ANZ Indonesia.
