Muhammad Anas Malla
Independent Commissioner, Chairman of Audit Committee as well as Chairman of Remuneration and Nomination Committee
Indonesian citizen. Domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Trisakti University, Jakarta (1989) and his Master of Laws from Tulane University, New Orleans, USA (1998).
Based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary GMS dated 16 September 2011, he was first appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Bank and was declared effective by Bank Indonesia on 24 November 2011. As Independent Commissioner, he was assigned as Chairman of Audit as well as Chairman of Remuneration and Nomination Committee in the Bank with effective service period from 2022 to 2024.
His career in banking began at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2012 to 2013. He served as Commissioner of PT Swadarma Sarana Informatika from 2012-2013 and further from 2013 to 2021, he served as President Commissioner of PT Swadarma Sarana Informatika.
He has no affiliate relationship with other members of the BoC, members of the BoD, nor the main controlling shareholder of the Bank.
Heru Subroto
Member of Audit Committee
Indonesian citizen. He has more than 27 years of work experience at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, occupying various positions such as IT Audit Group Head, Deputy General Manager Operational Division. Served as IT Consultant at Koperasi Swadharma (2011-2013), Project Manager and Internal Control at PT SDD Group (2013-2015), Senior Consultant at PT Mitra Bisnis Ciptakarya, Internal Audit & IT Manager at Persatuan Pensiunan BNI, Audit Committee Member at Bank Oke Indonesia (2022 until present).
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Gadjah Mada University (1982), and Master’s degree in EDP/IT Audit from California State Polytechnic University, California, USA (1991).
He has no affiliate relationship with other members of the BoC, members of the BoD, nor the main controlling shareholder of the Bank.
Idewan Diaz
Member of Audit Committee
Indonesian citizen. Has more than 20 years of work experience at Bank Raya (formerly Bank BRI Agro/ Bank Agro) (2001–2022), with his last position as Executive Vice President Staf Khusus Direksi (2022). Previously served as an Audit Committee member at BRI Finance (2022-2024). Joined PT Heburinas Appraisal (2000-2001), PT Kuarsa Hexagon Consultan (1999-2000), PT Dimensi Engineering Contractor (1993-1998) and PT Lampiri Jaya Abadi (1992-1993).
Obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Institut Sains & Teknologi Nasional (ISTN), Jakarta (1992) and Master’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta (2001)
