1. Interbank transfer with BI-FAST

BI-FAST service is now available in QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, you can make interbank transfer with BI-FAST with the following steps:

  • Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • Select Transfer menu
  • Select Other Bank Account
  • Select BI-FAST as the Transfer Type
  • Select the source account and the beneficiary bank
  • Enter the beneficiary account and transfer amount
  • Enter Transaction Description (optional)
  • Enter the Purpose of the Transaction
  • Select Instruction Type
  • Select Proceed to go to the confirmation page
  • Enter PIN
  • Transfer with “BI-FAST” is completed

2. Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja top up

Now you can top up your Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja easily and conveniently from QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking with the following steps:

  • Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • Select “Purchase” menu
  • Select “e-Wallet”
  • Select the source of fund account
  • Choose the type of e-Wallet: Gopay, OVO, or LinkAja
  • Enter the intended mobile number and the top up nominal
  • Click 'Next' to proceed to confirmation screen
  • Enter PIN to authorize
  • e-Wallet top up is successful

3. Digital saving account opening 

  • Download the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application on Google Play Store for Android smartphone & App Store for iOS smartphone 

  • Prospective customer fill in the data needed for the account opening and prepare a personal identity card (e-KTP).
  • Prospective customer will require to do the identity verification process, then tap "upload" when it is correct.
  • Follow the instructions on your mobile screen until opening account success

Notes:

  • Prospective Customers will receive notification via email and/or SMS on the approval status of savings account opening through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • The digital savings account opening is only for individual Customer.
  • You can request ATM/Debit card and PIN by calling Contact Center or visit the nearest QNB Indonesia branch.
  • ATM/Debit card will be sent to the address stated on identity card (e-KTP) and you shall receive it within 14 working days.
  • To change ATM/Debit card PIN, you must use QNB Indonesia ATM machine with a PIN validity period of 1x24 hours.

4. Open foreign currency account digitally

  • Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application
  • Select “More” ► Account ► Foreign Currency Account
  • Follow the instructions until foreign currency account opening is completed

Notes:

  • Customers who are entitled to open a Foreign Exchange Account at QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking are Customers who already have an account at the Bank and can access QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • Customer is unable to open more than one account under the same currency

5. Foreign Exchange Transaction

  • Tap menu “Forex” menu on the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application
  • Select source account and beneficiary account for transaction
  • Follow the steps on your mobile screen until the transaction is successful

Note:

Foreign exchange transactions can only be made by accounts under the same CIF.

6. Foreign Currency Internal Transfer (Same Currency)

  • Tap “Transfer” menu on the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application
  • Select “Beneficiary
  • Follow the steps on your mobile screen until the transaction is successful

Note:

The foreign currency that can be traded are SGD, USD, AUD, EUR, JPY, QAR, GBP and HKD.

7. Time Deposit Opening

Now you can open Time Deposit through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking and it is very easy. Enjoy special interest up to 4.75% (p.a) with placement starting from IDR8,000,000.

Steps to open Time Deposit through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application:

  • Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application
  • Tap “More” on the main page
  • Tap “Account” then tap ‘”Time Deposit”
  • Follow the instructions on your mobile screen
  • Time Deposit placement completed

In the event that Deposit is made in ARO condition, the interest rate applied to the extended deposit shall be in accordance with the interest rate prevailing at the Bank at the time of the extension.

QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking can display deposits from all channels.

8. QRIS Service

QRIS (Quick Response Indonesia Standard) is the newest payment method using the standard QR code which applies nation wide. QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is now ready to process transactions using QRIS at various merchants with QRIS logo in all over Indonesia.

The steps to make QRIS transactions through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is as follow:

  • Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application

  • Tap the “QRIS” logo and scan the QR code at any merchants with QRIS logo

  • Enter "Purchase amount" and tap "Process"

  • Confirm the transaction

  • Enter PIN

  • Successful transaction receipt will appear

Notes:

  • Make sure the QR Code at the merchant is already using QRIS (QR Code Indonesia Standard)

  • Make sure your DooEt electronic money balance is available

  • Top up your electronic money balance by:

    • Top up electronic money balance can be done by transfer from QNB Indonesia Bank Account via ATM channels, QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, QNB Online Banking and QNB Indonesia branches by using the transfer menu from Bank QNB Indonesia to the electronic money account.

    • Top up electronic money balance can be done by transfer from another bank account via ATM, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking by using the Online Transfer menu with the ATM Bersama or Prima network by entering Bank code 167 (Bank QNB Indonesia / QNB Kesawan / Kesawan) followed by the electronic money account number (handphone number used to register QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application).

9. Biometric Login (Finger print/Face ID)

Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is now easier and more secure by using Face ID or fingerprint.

The steps to activate the Face ID or Fingerprint feature is as follow:

  • Update your QNBI Indonesia Mobile Banking application
  •  Enter your mobile phone number and follow the instructions on your mobile screen
  • Select the Settings menu and activate the Biometric feature, then follow the instructions on your smartphone screen.
  • Biometric activation is successful.
  • For the next login, you can use the Biometrics feature

10. Application Login using Password

In addition to the Biometric Login feature, to provide a faster, easier and more secure login process,  login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking can be done by using password (replacing PIN).

11. Verify Financial Transactions Using PIN

To increase the convenience, security and improved transaction experience, adjustment were made to the authorization process of financial transactions.

In the new QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, the authorization of financial transaction will be through PIN (replacing OTP).
