How to Make Reservation
- To make Medical Check Up reservation, QNB First customer shall contact their Relation Manager (RM) or QNB Indonesia Contact Center (021) 30055300 in three working days prior to Medical Check Up schedule. Medical Check Up schedule will follow operational hours of Prodia’s branches.
- QNB Indonesia Contact Center team will verify customer data and prepare MCU cover letter that will be sent to customer’s email.
- Customer should show MCU cover letter when visit Prodia’s branches to have Medical Check Up services according to the schedule.
