Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application (download and activate it first if you don't have QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking).
On the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, click on the “Life Rewards” logo, then click on “Redeem Point” and you will be directed to the Life Rewards page.
Select any rewards according to the available redemption categories and options.
Fill in the details of the reward redemption, such as the order quantity, product variations, and others, then click “Continue”.
Enter the OTP (One Time Password) sent to customer's mobile number and email registered in the Bank system
A confirmation page will appear informing that the redemption has been successful.
Rewards can be viewed on Customer's email registered in Bank's system (for digital rewards such as e-vouchers, airline tickets, hotel reservations, and others) or sent to the delivery address specified at the time of redeeming physical reward (for rewards from the online shop category such as gadgets and fashion products).
The one-time password (OTP) code for point redemption will be sent to your mobile phone number and email registered in QNB Indonesia’s system.
Receipt of point redemption including voucher codes and others will be sent to your email registered in QNB Indonesia’s system.
Make sure your phone number and email registered in QNB Indonesia’s system are still active.
To receive OTP code, make sure your phone credit and network is available.
If the process of sending the OTP code to your phone number and/or proof of redemption to your email is not successful, you are required to update the data by visiting the nearest QNB Indonesia branch offices.
